This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Naesknots, located in Queensland, Australia. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Processing Time

  • All crochet items are handmade.

  • Ready-made items are usually shipped within 3–5 business days after payment is received.

  • Custom orders may require additional time, and an estimated completion timeframe will be provided before purchase. Please allow for 7-14 Business days


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped from Queensland, Australia using Australia Post (standard or express options).

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location:

    • Within Queensland: 2–6 business days (standard), 1–3 business days (express).

    • Interstate (Australia-wide): 3–10 business days (standard), 2–5 business days (express).

    • International: Delivery times vary by destination; delays may occur due to customs or postal services.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.

  • Free local pickup may be available from Biggenden, QLD by arrangement.


4. Tracking & Insurance

  • All parcels include a tracking number, which will be provided once your order has been shipped.

  • Insurance is available upon request at an additional cost.

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed parcels once they have been lodged with Australia Post.


5. Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for parcels sent to the wrong address due to customer error. If a parcel is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.


6. International Orders

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

  • We cannot guarantee delivery times for international orders due to customs processing and postal delays.


7. Damaged Items

  • We carefully package all crochet items; however, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with clear photos so we can assist you.
