Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases and use of products from Naesknots. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products

  • All crochet items are handmade and may vary slightly in size, color, or appearance.

  • Product descriptions and photos are provided to the best of our ability, but slight variations are normal due to the handmade nature of the items.

2. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are processed only after full payment has been received.

  • Accepted payment methods: PayPal, credit card, bank transfer or PayID. *Please use your name and order number for reference 

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is not received or if fraudulent activity is suspected.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing times vary depending on whether the item is ready-made or custom-made. Please allow 7-14 business days.

  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.

  • We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by the postal service or courier once the package has been shipped.

4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.

  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted unless an item arrives with a significant defect caused by us.

  • Any claims must be made within 3 business days of delivery, with photos provided as proof.

5. Custom Orders

  • Custom orders must be discussed and agreed upon before payment.

  • Once details are confirmed and payment is made, no changes, cancellations, or refunds are permitted.

6. Care Instructions

  • Crochet items are delicate and should be handled with care.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care, washing, or handling after delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All product designs, photos, and content are the property of Naesknots. *

  • Reproducing, copying, or reselling our designs without permission is prohibited.

8. Liability

  • We are not liable for any misuse, accidents, or injuries resulting from our products.

  • Items intended for decorative purposes should not be used as toys unless specifically labeled as safe for children. All safety eyes are secured well, but if you intend on gifting to a child please ask for embroidered eyes. 

9. Amendments

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

  • The latest version will always be available on our official shop/website.
